Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Ahamed Lab in the Cardiovascular Biology Research Program is searching for Research Technician to support ongoing research focused on mouse models of heart disease, with a particular emphasis on cardiac fibrosis. We utilize cutting-edge techniques in genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry to explore disease mechanisms and identify potential therapeutic targets. This role offers hands-on experience in experimental research, mouse colony support, and general lab operations within a collaborative scientific environment. Typically Monday through Friday, between 8:30AM to 5PM with some variables.
