Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Part-Time Fitness Trainer leads exercise programming at the OMRF Fitness Center, creating a welcoming and motivating environment that supports employees in achieving their fitness goals. This position coordinates and instructs group exercise classes while providing individualized fitness guidance, including proper exercise technique, form, and safety. The Fitness Trainer also monitors the fitness center, ensuring equipment and facilities are clean, safe, functional, and well maintained. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others build healthy habits and making fitness approachable and engaging. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
